BKN - Ad Policies:
  • BIMS will design 1 ad per contract. If the client wants to change out their ad more often, the client must supply BIMS with the new ad by the 24th of the month. The ad must be designed for the kiosk system it will be displayed on.
  • Kiosks are grouped into categories depending on the type of venue: (restaurants, lodging, service, retail, etc.)
  • No ad will be displayed in venue of a competing business, unless the owners agree.
  • The owner of a venue has the right to refuse any ad deemed in appropriate for their venue.
  • Purchasing 1 ad equals 1 kiosk per month. BIMS will rotate out client ads at each kiosk location each month. To have greater coverage more kiosks must be purchased.
        3 month contract = $15.00 per month per kiosk. - $45.00.
        6 month contract = $12.50 per month per kiosk. - $75.00.
        12 month contract = $10.00 per month per kiosk - $120.00.

  • A current credit card number on file is required for all clients. The card will be charged once at the start of the contract for the full value of the contract. The contract will automaticly renew at the end of the contract term unless canceled by either party.
  • Clients can receive a free ad by referring new clients.
  • Ad sizes will very depending on the kiosk system.
  • Clients receive a free ad on bransonkiosks.net for the duration of their contract.
  • Vendors can ask to have any ad removed from the kiosk (s) in their venue.
  • Each kiosk is considered its own ad system. When an ad is purchased the price is based on the length of the contract and the number kiosks the client wants to run the ad on per month.
  • The client must supply all the art work to create the ad including pictures, logos, text, phone number, web address, etc. The client must approve the ad design before it will go live.
  • Ads will rotate every 9 seconds.
  • All contracts are due in full at the time of signing.

    BKN - Vendor Policies:

  • The vendor agrees to display the kiosk (s) in a prominent area (locations) of their venue.
  • To qualify as a vendor your business must be open to the public at least 5 days a week for at least 8 hours a day.
  • BIMS will rotate out client ads each month. The vendor can change their ad by sending the new ad to BIMS by the 24th of the month.
  • Each vendor will receive two free ads for each kiosk setup in their venue (s) plus an ad design to run inside of their own venue. Additional ads can be purchased at 50% of the current rate per kiosk.
  • Vendors are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged units. Any kiosk damaged or stolen will be replaced at the vendors expense.
  • This contract shall be for a minimum of 12 months or the operational season of the business, from the signing of the contract.
  • Vendors must turn on the kiosks when the venue is open for business. Kiosks maybe turned off during electrical storms or when the venue closes for the day. Should the vendor go out of business, the vendor is responsible to inform BIMS, so the kiosk (s) can be moved to a new location.
  • A current credit card number on file is required for all vendors. The credit card will not be charged unless the kiosk (s) are lost, stolen or damaged or if any balance is over 30 days past due.
  • Vendors can receive up to 35% commission on any ad they sell. Call for details.
  • Ads will vary depending on the kiosk system.
  • Vendors receive a free ad on bransonkiosks.net for the duration of their contract.
  • No ad will be placed in a venue of a competitor unless the owners agree to it.
  • Vendors can ask to have any ad removed from the kiosk (s) in their venue, but in doing so the vendor will lose one of their ads for the duration that the banned ad was to play on each kiosk within their venue. The vendor must state why the ad is to be removed.
  • Each kiosk is considered its own ad system. When an ad is purchased the price is based on the length of the contract and the number kiosks the client wants.
